APOSTILLE / LEGALIZATION
Apostille or Legalization?

Documents intended for use abroad must be properly certified. Most commonly, apostille or legalization is applied to: criminal record certificates, documents issued by civil registry offices (ZAGS) in Ukraine, notarized powers of attorney and declarations, medical certificates, diplomas and their supplements, school certificates, etc.
APOSTILLE & LEGALIZATION
What is the difference between Apostille and Legalization?
If the destination country is a signatory of the Hague Convention, a simplified certification procedure applies — Apostille.
If the country is not a signatory of the Convention, then full legalization is required.
